Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong and the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests made after this time will not be accepted. However, you can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale periods.
- We process orders Monday to Friday.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date.
- Orders are shipped the next business day after processing.
- We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon receiving your order. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
